Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Apex Jiu-Jitsu Atlanta website, member tools, and the Apex Member USA app. Membership purchases, waivers, academy rules, and any separately signed agreement also apply.
Accounts and access
Use accurate information, protect sign-in codes and devices, and use only the account and gym access assigned to you. Tell the academy promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Bookings and memberships
Class and intro availability can change. Cancel any time. Access runs to the end of your billing period. Membership pricing, renewal dates, pause rules, and refunds are shown during the applicable journey or governed by your signed membership agreement. A request is not complete until Apex Jiu-Jitsu Atlanta confirms it.
Payments
Membership cards are securely collected by Stripe. Staff may use Stripe Tap to Pay or Terminal for one-off in-person transactions. Do not submit card data in messages or ordinary Apex forms.
Text-message program
When you expressly opt in, Apex Jiu-Jitsu Atlanta may send class updates, booking confirmations, account notices, and sign-in codes. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For direct support, call (470) 974-0963. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or use the system unlawfully.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but may suspend it for security, maintenance, outages, or legal reasons. We may update these terms and will post the current effective date here.
