Account and privacy requests
Members can start an account-deletion request inside Apex Member USA under Account. For access, correction, privacy, or deletion help, contact the academy using the details above. Deleting an app account does not by itself cancel an active membership; manage membership changes separately in the Membership area or with the front desk.
Reporting a problem
Tell us which screen you were using, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. Do not send card numbers, payment security codes, sign-in codes, or other payment credentials by email or text.

For an immediate emergency, call 911. Do not rely on an app message for urgent medical or safety help.
