This policy explains how Apex Jiu-Jitsu Atlanta collects and uses information when you visit our website, book an intro, join, use Apex Member USA, or contact the academy.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, contact details, emergency contact, waiver and consent records, membership and attendance information, and messages. Payment-card details are collected by our payment providers and do not pass through Apex Member USA; we retain opaque customer, payment-profile, and transaction references.
How we use information
We use information to operate memberships, bookings, check-ins, billing, support, safety, required records, and communications you request or consent to. We also use limited operational data to secure, monitor, and improve the service.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting and security, payment processing, email or text delivery, call tracking, and App Store distribution. Current core providers include Cloudflare, Stripe, CallRail, Apple, and configured communications providers. They process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell member information. We share it only to operate the academy, comply with law, protect people or the service, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We retain records only as long as needed for operations, legal, tax, payment, dispute, safety, and security purposes.
Text messaging
If you check the optional text-message box, we may send class updates, booking confirmations, account notices, and sign-in codes. We only text people who opt in. Joining, booking, or buying does not require this. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Call (470) 974-0963 if you need help.
We never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share that information only with service providers, such as our SMS provider, so the messages can be delivered.
Your choices
You may ask the front desk to correct your information or request account deletion. Some transaction, waiver, tax, or safety records may need to be retained.
